2. Overview

This website is a purely informational page. It does not use cookies, does not contain any forms and does not embed third-party content such as fonts, videos or social media plugins. We only process personal data to the extent described below: when technically delivering the website, for anonymous audience measurement, and when you contact us.

3. Hosting

Our website is hosted by statichost.eu, c/o Knackeriet, Sankt Paulsgatan 25, Stockholm, Sweden. statichost.eu uses Hetzner Online GmbH (data centre in Germany) and BunnyWay d.o.o. (content delivery network, Slovenia) as sub-processors. All processing takes place exclusively within the European Union.

When you visit our website, the host processes the data transmitted by your browser to the extent technically necessary, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and information about your browser and operating system. This data is used solely to deliver the website. According to the host, visitors' IP addresses are not stored.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the host (Art. 28 GDPR). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Audience measurement with Umami

We use the open-source software Umami to analyse the use of our website statistically. Umami does not set cookies and does not store any information on your device. It does not create user profiles and does not enable recognition across different websites.

The following data is collected: page visited, referring website, browser type, operating system, device type, screen size, browser language and the country of origin derived from your IP address. Your IP address is not stored; it is only used to generate an anonymous session identifier that changes regularly. We are unable to identify you from the stored data.

Operation and recipients

We operate Umami ourselves. For this purpose, we use the following service providers as processors:

We have concluded data processing agreements with both providers. The servers are located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. As both are companies based in the USA, access from the USA cannot be ruled out. Both companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). In addition, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

Legal basis and right to object

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analysing and improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time, for example by emailing post@moca-motion.com or by enabling the "Do Not Track" setting in your browser. In that case, no measurement takes place.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser starting with "https://".

7. Your rights

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

To exercise your rights, simply send an email to post@moca-motion.com.

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:

(Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen)
